Customer Management

Steve has chosen to use an application for customer management. The application is hosted on the old server housed in the office, while the company maintains a support contract for the application with a company. The app is old and not easily accessible by all devices. At the same time, there is also an application for managing customer complaints. The application is also hosted on the server, while a support contract is maintained with another company.
All of these processes result in valuable time being lost and require each employee to attend specific training to cope with different tasks. Still, there are many external partners - companies for which the company is forced to maintain a support contract, causing problems and low productivity.
